SHIPPING POLICY

At Tioras Fashion Studio, we are dedicated to delivering your premium custom apparel as quickly and securely as possible. Because our products are made-to-order, our shipping timelines include both a "Processing/Production Time" and a "Transit Time."

1. SHIPPING RATES AND ZONES

We currently ship Pan-India using premium logistics partners.

Standard Shipping: ₹79 flat rate on all orders below ₹999.

Free Shipping: Available on all orders of ₹999 and above.

Rush/Express Production & Shipping: Available for an additional ₹99 to ₹149 depending on the items at checkout.

2. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIMELINES

Custom apparel takes time to digitize, print, and stitch with precision. Once an order is placed and the 12-hour cancellation window passes, production begins.

Estimated Total Delivery Times (Processing + Transit):

Plain / Blank Apparel: 4 to 6 business days.

Custom Printed Apparel: 5 to 8 business days.

Standard Embroidery: 6 to 9 business days.

Complex Embroidery (High Stitch Count): 8 to 12 business days.

Rush Orders: 3 to 4 business days.

Bulk Orders (25+ pieces): 8 to 21 business days, depending on volume.

Business days do not include Sundays or public holidays.

3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order completes production and is handed over to our delivery partners, you will receive an automated WhatsApp notification and an email containing your tracking link. You can also track your order status directly from your "My Account" dashboard on our website.

4. DELAYS AND FAILED DELIVERIES

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, Tioras Fashion Studio is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, courier operational issues, or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package. As per our Return Policy, original shipping charges are locked and non-refundable.

Welcome to Tioras Fashion Studio. By accessing our website (tioras.in) and using our customization tools, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. USE OF CUSTOMIZATION TOOLS AND AI STUDIO

Tioras provides a platform for you to apply your own designs, text, and AI-generated prompts to blank apparel.

Acceptable Use: You agree not to upload, generate, or request any designs that include hate speech, explicit content, copyrighted material belonging to others without permission, or offensive material. Tioras reserves the right to reject and cancel any order that violates these content guidelines.

Color and Alignment Variations: While our digital mockups and AI Design Studio provide a highly accurate preview, slight variations in color, scale, and print/stitch alignment may occur during physical manufacturing due to fabric textures and monitor display differences. These standard manufacturing variations are not considered defects.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND USER CONTENT

When you upload a logo, graphic, or image to our product designer, you guarantee that you own the rights to use that artwork. You retain all ownership rights to your uploaded designs.

By uploading a design or generating one via our AI tools, you grant Tioras Fashion Studio a temporary, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and reproduce that design strictly for the purpose of manufacturing and fulfilling your specific order.

3. PRICING AND BILLING

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

Dynamic Pricing: The final price of your garment is dynamic and depends on the base product, the customization type selected (Print or Embroidery), and the complexity of the order. The total price will be clearly displayed in the product configurator before you add the item to your cart.

We reserve the right to change our base prices, customization fees, and shipping rates at any time without prior notice.

4. MODIFICATIONS TO ORDERS

Due to our automated made-to-order production queue, changes to order details (including size, color, design file, or shipping address) can only be accommodated within 12 HOURS of order placement. After this window, the order enters production and cannot be modified or canceled.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tioras Fashion Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website, the AI Design Studio, or the purchase of our products.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India.
