AI-Generated Outputs: We collect and store the final image generated by the underlying AI model (integrated via the OpenAI DALL-E API) in response to your input. This is necessary to process, visualize, and manufacture your design.

Measurements: For ethnic wear or custom bespoke tailoring services, we collect specific body measurements provided by you.

C. DATA COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY:

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical data using cookies and similar tracking technologies:

These vendors are contractually restricted to use this data only to fulfill your order.

B. TECHNOLOGY PROVIDERS:

AI Services: To generate unique designs, your text prompts are shared with the underlying AI engine (OpenAI/DALL-E). This third party has its own data handling protocols.

Logistics: We share shipping details (name, address, phone) with Indian logistic partners to fulfill deliveries across Karnataka and India.

Payment Gateways: Payment information is processed exclusively by our secure gateway (Razorpay).

Messaging: Phone numbers are processed via our automated messaging platform (WATI/WhatsApp Business API) to facilitate communications.

C. LEGAL REQUIREMENT:

6. DESIGN OWNERSHIP, COPYRIGHTS, AND AI OUTPUTS

A. UPLOADED DESIGNS (LUMISE):

You warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses to any logos, graphics, or text you upload for customization. You maintain full ownership of these assets. By uploading them, you grant Tioras Fashion Studio a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, modify, and reproduce these assets only to provide the visualization and manufacturing services you have requested.

B. AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS:

Ownership rights to images generated using the Tioras AI Design Studio are governed by the terms of use of the underlying AI provider (OpenAI) in conjunction with Tioras’s Terms of Use. We store these outputs to fulfill your order and optimize the service.

7. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Tioras Fashion Studio is located in Karnataka, India, and its parent venture, PraBas Cosmic Technologies Pvt Ltd, is incorporated under Indian law. While we store your data within India, we utilize globally distributed third-party technical services (e.g., Cloudflare, OpenAI) for optimal performance. By using our website, you acknowledge and consent that your information, including AI prompts and visualization data, may be transmitted and processed outside of India for the specific functionality of these technical services.
