TIORAS FASHION STUDIO – REFUND, RETURN, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for choosing Tioras Fashion Studio. Because our business utilizes customized "Made to Order" production models and involves personalized digitizing, we have established a clear Refund and Return policy.

By visiting our website or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY (PRE-PRODUCTION)

Since production on our premium blank and customized apparel starts immediately after order placement, we cannot offer full cancellations or changes to your order once it has advanced to the production queue.

Cancellation Window:

• You may cancel your order for a Full Refund within 12 Hours of placement.

• Once this window has passed, your order is moved to our custom production and stitching schedule, and we are unable to process cancellations, edits, or changes to sizes, colors, or design files.

2. FINAL SALE: NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

Because of the highly personalized nature of customized garments (e.g., custom printing, custom embroidery, bespoke measurement adjustments, or items created using our AI Design Studio), these products are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange:

• Any product customized with a graphic, logo, text, or AI-generated design.

• Any product featuring custom embroidery patterns.

• "Bespoke" ethnic wear or apparel made to specific custom measurements provided by the customer.

• Items purchased during a promotional sale or clear-out event.

3. LOCKING OF SHIPPING CHARGES (LOCKED AT PAYMENT)

A critical component of our e-commerce logistics and fulfillment involves high-speed, secure Pan-India delivery. To ensure this premium service, our logistic partners require finalization of shipping routes and fees immediately upon dispatch.

Therefore, Shipping Charges paid at the time of order placement are LOCKED and FINAL. Shipping charges represent the non-refundable cost incurred by Tioras Fashion Studio and its logistics partners to prepare, consolidate, and dispatch your specialized product.

Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES (including but not limited to standard returns of eligible goods, refused deliveries, multiple failed delivery attempts, or Return to Origin cases) are shipping charges refundable. Shipping charges will only be refunded if Tioras cancels your entire order prior to dispatch due to a stocking issue.

4. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT GOODS (THE EXCEPTION)

Tioras Fashion Studio stands behind the precision and luxury quality of our craftsmanship. We will only accept returns, provide exchanges, or issue full refunds (including locked shipping charges) in cases involving errors committed by us.

An error by Tioras includes:

• Manufacturing defects (e.g., stitching errors, fabric holes).

• Significant damage sustained during standard transit.

• Receiving the incorrect item (wrong base apparel, wrong size, or wrong color variant compared to the order receipt).

• A customization that is fundamentally different from the design file/prompt confirmed in your AI Studio preview.

Note: Subtle color differences due to monitor screen variations or minor print position tolerances are not considered defects.

Process for Claims:

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 Hours of Delivery by emailing tyoras9686@gmail.com. To process your claim, you MUST provide:

1. Your Order Number.

2. Clear photos and a 360-degree Unboxing Video showing the packaging, the defect, and the shipping label.

Failure to provide an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery will result in an automatic rejection of your claim.

5. RETURN ELIGIBILITY (ELIGIBLE "BLANK" ITEMS ONLY)

You may return only non-customized, standard ("Blank") apparel items, provided they meet the following strict conditions. Customized goods (as defined in Section 2) are NOT eligible for this standard return process.

Eligibility Checklist:

• The return is requested within 7 Days of Delivery.

• The garment is a standard, non-customized stock product (no print, no embroidery).

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

• The item includes all original tags still attached and is in its original packaging.

The Return Process for Eligible Items:

1. Email tyoras9686@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization.

2. We will provide an authorization. You are responsible for safely shipping the product back to our Bengaluru studio.

3. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

6. REFUNDS AND PROCESSING

Once we have received and inspected your returned (eligible, non-customized) item, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If Approved:

• We will refund the product price only.

• As stated in Section 3, Locked Shipping Charges are NOT refundable.

• The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment (via RazorPay/our chosen gateway), usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

7. FORCE MAJEURE AND SHIPPING DISPUTES

Tioras Fashion Studio is not liable for delayed delivery times caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, political instability, global pandemics, or unforeseen issues with logistics partners. As stated, locked shipping charges remain locked and non-refundable during these delays.
